Re: is there a secret to true happiness…?
I’ve been searching for years for the answer to that very question… I’ve traveled thousands of miles… spent thousands of hours meditating and practicing yoga, studying the greatest masters, and sparring with the best of ‘em… I experienced thousands of moments of exquisite bliss, along with the typical suffering that goes along with believing the illusion of life… pretty much the full range of experience of “this so-called life” at 100% full power.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned along the way, it’s that there are no instant fixes, no easy answers, no enlightenment tonics to drink and “presto - instant Buddha!”
It ain’t like that (at least not since that LSD trip back when I was 16…). There are, however, some beautiful shortcuts and tricks I’ve learned along the way, including the ability to spot pseudo self-help gurus, mind-control practitioners and exponents of regurgitated spiritual psychobabble, which you won’t have to worry about here. Only the real deal.
